HANDMADE WALNUT IN AN ELEGANT MEDIUM BROWN

An elegant medium brown, Montiel is a modern treatment of a classic shade that brings depth and artful sophistication to the architectural landscape.All surface texturing and bevel chiseling is done by hand to create a random timeworn surface. The Ultra Matte finishing process creates the beautiful lustre typical of a natural oil finished walnut, while offering superior wear resistance and protection.

CRAFT Legacy Plank offers timeless, textured wideplank walnut. Designed as an homage to the original craftsmen who built beautiful, turn-of-the-century furniture from walnut, the Legacy Plank Collection pays homage to these master craftsmen. Using wide 8″ planks, as we do for this collection, enables us to showcase the pronounced grain pattern of this American exotic, as well as to result in a floor with fewer seams than the more typical narrow-width walnut flooring. Every Legacy Collection plank is handcrafted by CRAFT’s Artisans, who enhance the Black Walnut’s exotic grain pattern with vintage-inspired textures.

As with every CRAFT floor, it is made of North American hardwood, which is Chain of Custody certified (Sustainable Forestry Initiative SFI-01898), ensuring that it is legal, ethical, and traceable back to a sustainably managed forest. CRAFT floors are all declared Red List Free and GREENGUARD Gold certified; they are also covered by a Product Specific, Type III Environmental Product Declaration.
